This account was terminated for repeated email spam. They were spamming aol users with a webpage that said there were giving away free playstation 2 game consoles if they downloaded and ran the dialer. There isn't a webmaster program in existence that would tolerate this nonsense. Hence, this email spammers account was terminated and will not be paid.
