going to make an educated guess, that if you look in ICQ folder you will find another folder called DB98b copy the contents onto new pc. but why not just zip up and copy the entire ICQ folder to a disk and paste onto new pc?

or takehdd from one box and cable it as slave drive to the other and copy files onto new hdd
