Mcduck -- you could also take advantage of the weak Canadian dollar and host on a Canuck host. I have one of my busiest sites hosted at execulink.com, they are out of London Ontario, and they came highly recommended to me last year by a fellow webmaster. So far I've been super-impressed with them, for many reasons:

- their servers are FAST
- their uptime has been like 99.99% for me thus far (it's been over 6 months)
- For what you need, your CC will only be billed $24 Cdn per month, which works out to $15.50 US! They have a per-gig price for that package for anything over 10 gigs per month, and that's only $2.50 US, and thus far I've not had them bill me for anything extra for my site.
