I had to take my car to DEQ today. . . of course once there I notice it's smoking like a bitch so they won't even test it. It smells like burnning oil too
so I take it to the mechanic and they tell me the rings are shot and I'm looking about about$1,000 to get it deq able. the car probably isn't worth more than $1500 so I got spend today car shopping and dealing with car salesmen. Big fun
All in all though I think I did okay. I got a jeep cherokee that runs pretty decent. Not new ( not hardly I can't stomach the idea of car payments ) but it runs pretty good and the body is in good shape. . . hopefully it will last for a while
