Finding a Programmer
What is the best way to find a programmer who lives in your area and is unemployed? This team of programmers I am currently am using are two months behind their deadline and have not returned my ICQ in 3 days.
I am a firm believer in deadlines and this is really pissing me off. The good thing about this is, they only live 2 hours away here in North Carolina.
Before I searched the net I wanted to ask GFY. I really am only looking for local people so I can personally explain to them what the fuck I want done.
