Raise the driving age to 21, lower the voting age to 16, lower the drinking age to 16.
That way kids get 5 years of drinking experience and hopefully learn to be responsible drinkers BEFORE they start driving.
Also, teenagers trip over their own feet, do we really need them behind the wheel before they're out of their awkward stage?
