My update on the diet plan...
I first started I was 171
now 10 days later I am 159
I stoped drinking sodas 100%
Switched to Bottle water/Gatoraid/poweraid
Eating changed from 5+ times a day to 2 times a day.
QTY cal intake from 4k cals a day to just under 830
Soups/Salads/Subway/Special K/Cheerios
The only exersise I did was a 2 1/2 mile jogg/walk I got sick for 4 days after (still sick)
The first 5 days It felt Like I was starving...
So far so good. My target range 145lbs @ 5'9
