That seems to be a universal problem then. Military budgets can probably be cut in half with no detrimental effect to the country. $400 billion? What has it gotten us?
I'd feel safer if those idiots in the military had less to play with. An idle powertripping mind with a big budget is a dangerous thing.
I'm sure I'm baiting some ex leathernecks now.
