Yes they do, and a traceroute shows me only 11 hops and 0 (!) ping ms from verio, east coast, to them. I know only one host that can beat that and that is mine hehe.
Not affiliated with them but I saw that guy posting at another board and he appears to be a nice guy too as far as I can tell.
