80% of the times i try to signup to a ccbill page with mi VISA CC i get that email...

of yourse i will not submited too many times today (that was the first try) My cc was a -Spain- Visa Gold

then the problem its ccbill are scrubing VISA cards from europe? only from SPAIN?

whats the problem with CCBILL im promoting a lot of sponsors using ccbill and im bored of that weird days with 1:8000 and next day 1:100

any Ideas on whats going on?
