The one thing that I never hear about on this board (or any other adult board) is about the models that make this business possible. First, thanks to all of them!

While we all worry about our conversions and so on, I can't help but wonder what the girls get paid for their work? I hope they make the money they deserve... believing this is the only way I can sleep at night... If they are not paid what they deserve, I would be happy to decrease my cut.

Anyone have insider knowledge on this...
