siamese cats are tricky.....
most females are bitchy, and some males too.
personally, i think it depends at what age you obtain them, and how much love and attention they get when they are young, this shapes their personality.
so, if you have never had a cat, i wouldn't start with a siamese. try a tabby, or even better a red tabby.
