I don't usually start threads to recommend books on GFY.. But I feel obliged to recommend 'Life of Pi' by Yann Martel.. Everyone should read it.
M. Knight Shimalayadingdong (Sixth Sense, Unbreakable) is going to make it in to movie, so read it before you see it.. Hard to ban an adventure like this on tape and keep the magic.
One of the best books I've read in a while.
An amazing read with a great twist. More than just a great story.
