I don't see anything wrong with the way your account was handled. You exceeded the amount of usage that your account allows and was asked to upgrade, you refused. We were also told that you moved to another host so we saw no reason to increase the bandwidth limit on a site that is not hosted by us anymore and for a person who did not want to pay for a plan with more bandwidth.
So far, you have used 180% of the bandwidth your account includes, and we still don't know what you are doing.
It is important to keep us informed about what you are doing with your sites, posting these kind of messages on a public BBS usually does not help much.
