BBQ wings.
Get a bunch of whole wings. Fold them so they are in a yoga like pose.
Turn oven on 450 degrees to preheat.
Place wings on a wire rack inside of a broiler pan.
Brush both sides with a little vegetable or canola oil.
Salt and pepper both sides.
Place pan in middle of oven for 12-15 minutes.
Flip the wings.
Let cook for another 10-12 minutes.
Place your favorite BBQ sauce in a pan or bowl. Avoid many store brands as they are mostly sugar and will burn.
Take your wings out, turn oven to broil.
Dip the wings in the sauce and place back on wire rack.
Let broil another 5 minutes.
Get napkins and enjoy.
