First of all its not man its woman, and if memory serves me correctly didnt Pearl Harbor START the war? Your right we didnt warn them, because that WAS during the war, according to Military SOP (Standard Operating Proceder)In a time of peace any attack made apon the Free World will be considered an act of terrorism, therefore constituting an act of retaliation.
