"Grow up". I am not sure what that comment could possibly be referring to.
I stand by my all of my statements 100%. And, the responses on this board do continue to sicken me.
Comments such as ragheads...are simply not tolerable. Nor is the lumping of all people of a certain appearance in the same group. With your line of reasoning, we should all be put to death for Hitler's actions.
All of us white people look similar..Irish, Scottish, English, German, ... so we must all harbour the same beliefs as Hitler. This is the only line of reasoning that could possibly justify all people of certain linage being punished for the actions of the terrorists.
And yes, the news reels did show Afghanistans cheering in the streets. Deja Vue perhaps..I seem to remember a similar response from Americans when parts of Iraq were blown apart by our mighty military.
Go ahead, hate the terrorists. This is justified. But, as I said before, this should not and can not be used as a forum to promote racism.
