When someone is asking for help, I help when and where I can, or point them to where they can find it. If someone makes a joke, I reply if it's funny. (and sometimes when it's stupid). If someone has an argument, I love to debate, and so, I do. If someone is demonstrating their hypocrisy, I'm all over it because it's like a blinding flash in my eyes... and I never forget.
I tend to phrase my responses and rebuttals in such a way that certain points should not be misinterpreted, and this sometimes tends to make my posts somewhat lengthy. But I also don't just type out the first and fastest thing I can and hit the post button. Even in the case of this post, most of my responses are carefully thought out and crafted for maximum impact.
When it comes to serious (or semi-serious) posts, I think the majority of my responses, questions, and summations have always had substance, and hopefully with a little style. Sure there are a few one or two word answers... but that's usually the 'washing-my-hands-of-it' response, or an attempt at a quick laugh.
I'm aware that the whole world doesn't agree with me on everything. That's fine. If everyone did, there wouldn't be any point to posting anything. We could just sit around in a big circle with dumb smiles on our faces. But I'd like to think my posts have made everyone think a little bit about their topics.
I'm a fast thinker. I can usually know what my response is going to be immediately. If you are one who simply can't think fast enough to get your point made before someone else makes the very same point, take some herbal brain supplements or something, but don't complain about me.
Summing it up: If you have an issue, state it. If this is about nothing more than the number under my name... get over it.
