Well... it couldn't hurt to tighten up your webmaster area some.
The banner page in ccBill carries the name "babenefits" and the only banner there is a broken image. So it's not immediately obvious that the code there is actually correct (leastways, I hope it is).
And your own banner page doesn't have any link codes at all...
