Secondly, Juvie and the rest of the "cash money millionaires" are from my hometown of New Orleans, LA. Besides being famouse for Mardi Gras, New Orleans is also semi-famous for it's housing projects. ABC's World News Tonight says that the housing projects in New Orleans are the worse in the country! Cash Money Millionaires are trying to contrast between where they were and where they are now.
