What are you talking about, when the goverment delegetimize itself, it's time for the people to overthrow it, and replace it with people who will serve it's interest.
When the french got fedup of the monarchy, head started to roll (literally).
I dont see any treator that lie to it's constituant getting hanged right now, so I guess it's all groovy, for now.
