This is my first time posting regarding a contest, so if there's somthing wrong with the post please notify me. On with the contest. I will pay $250 (possibly more), for someone to redesign a small game site I run. The page is,

Basically what I want changed is the top portion of the page, the logo I guess you would call it. A cleaner navigation on the left hand portion of the page, and a nicer way to display the most powerful/richest users. If anyones up for this let me know, and start posting examples of your work.
