George Stella (a gourmet chef who lost 200 lbs in 18 months by low carbing), has a cooking show on Food Network called "Low Carb & Lovin' It!", and each week he lists his recipes (on their website) of previous and upcoming shows.
My hubby & I have tried quite a few of his recipes and they're all delicious, but our favorite by far is the low carb pizza recipe. It's really quick and easy to make too!
