I like to have Earth Grains Honey Wheat Bagels with a tsp of low sodium peanut butter on it and warm it a little in the microwave. It's actually really good. When you first try the peanut butter you'll think it tastes different but after you eat it two or three times and try to go back and eat regular peanut butter you won't be able to stand regular peanut butter because it's so salty.
