I have to pay to receive your shit) and against the AUP of most hosting companies with a clue (Except those terminally and increasingly black-holed providers like Verio, Broadwing and so on).
Do you write programs to generate 'valid' credit card number too? That can be done legally if you know how. How about software that attempts to brute force the password of pay-sites, after all, you wouldn't be the one doing it, only supplying the software.
