I am always wondering what's the reason of putting this kind of info on boards...If you think somebody is awfully breaking the rules of some program you cannot survive reporting him
1. Read the TOS of program once more
2. E-mail the program owner
(I am doing this often after IRC or e-mail spam)
What have you posted solely depends on Topbucks program owners consideration and I'd bet that site gets so low number of clicks that nobody cares - but again, inform program owners, or even better invest that time into your managing your own business. Each bigger sponsor program has its own employees paid for hunting rules breakers.
