i have never tracked the hard numbers on traffic for any galleries listed, but i can say i've never had problems with conversions when listed on his site
when he was a member of the Thumb Lords we all found being listed would mean a good boost in our revenue, but he is very selective and usually only lists galleries from the same domain once a week
