Gaim. Yeah, the name is sorta `gay', but in my expert professional super l33t opinion, it is simply the best. There is also an encryption plugin (Trillian has a weak encryption plugin that can be decrypted instantly). I've switched a lot of people from ICQ/Aim/MSN to Gaim and everyone has liked it better so far, but the only complaint seems to be that you can't send files, which is why some people still need to run the default ICQ/Aim/MSN client. Here's what I say to that: LEARN HOWTO INSTALL A DAMN FTP/HTTP SERVER YOU IGNORAMUS! Instant messenging is not for file transfers!
