Ok...enough of the legal bs.

Blacks were and all called ******s often, and meant as a term of hate and racism. Over time, by my reasoning, blacks found that if they called themselves niggahs they were fighting the term and abusing it...thus, taking away racist whites term against them. By using it themselves, it takes away the impact it had before.

Sometimes to fight the hatred, you go along with things in your own way. If you take away the strong use of anything, in this case a word, it is taking something away from racists in a weird way.

Do I think it is abused by both whites and blacks? Yes. Do I understand why blacks use it? To a degree, yes. Do I understand why whites use it? Not at all.
