I wonder if thise board could be configured so that there can only be one poster per IP? That is, when an existing poster wants to post anonymously and gets the big ideer that he's going to create some new sanchez character, he gets the message "The IP# XXXXXXXXXXX is already registered" or something. As well, maybe everyone with multi accounts couldbe pared down to one somehow.
