Agreed. I left that part of the equation out because I don't know anyone that eats better or healthier than I do. I take vitamin supplements every day plus ginseng as well, and I'm a good cook if I do say so myself. I also don't have the usual hangup that a lot of single people have, in that I don't ever mind cooking just for myself.
However, when not working out like I used to, and feeling back pain every day, sometimes one definitely doesn't feel like standing in the kitchen cooking. Ordering in chinese food and pizza and chicken etc. can really pack on the pounds. Time to get back into the fitness game.
