To tell you the truth, right now I do not really know.
Like I said previous, I use a variant of the HIT method. Meaning, I lift heavy but short and no more than three sets per muscle group. Some people take it to extremes and only use 2 reps to failure, but most people agree (and this is what I do) is to get 6 to 8 to failure. 3 sets, done.
So how much can I bench? I do not know, 1 rep of 400 lbs doesn't do anyone any good. I am tryin hard to become a superfreak... so I have different goals and different methods than most.
