Ahhh you lazy bastards I still drag my ass out to the bus stop, take a 25 minute ride (each way) to the gym in Mississauga and work out for 2+ hours a day.
My workout consists of about 1 1/2 hours of weights and then 20-30 minutes of running on the treadmill. I went from 260lbs down to 210lbs (still have 20 to go). You just gotta get into it!! When people start to tell you how good you look and chicks eye you up and down it definetely motivates you.
I take multi-nutrient vitamins and am now looking for a good supplement that will increase muscle mass and still help me lose weight.
Any suggestions?
