Morpheus kicks ass - blows away the Napster model. The fact that it connects to multiple users, each providing a portion of the file simultaneously (I've seen up to 8 at a time) to max your download capacity is far better than Napster's format.
True, there is no formal preview, but for .asf, .wmv and most mpegs you can preview what you're downloading. i.e. if you're downloading a 20meg movie, at around 1 meg downloaded you can use it's internal viewer (basically Windows Media Player) to watch what you've got. Might only give you 20 seconds of a 10 minute movie, but enough to know what's coming.
Advanced users who are interested in movies rather than pics are gone from the paysite market as far as I'm concerned. Too much variety, for free, for paysites to compete.
Last weekend I got bored, did a search for 'Clerks', and downloaded the 320meg AVI in 40 minutes. Ethics asides, Morpheus is gonna be tough to beat for a chunk of the market.
