It's actually really easy, I just made about a dozen emails, each explaining the most common reason for submission rejection. Then I just plugged it into my queue script so when I reject a submission I just select the reason from a list and the submitter is automatically emailed with the reason for rejection. Takes no time at all. The guys over at DesertScribe made the script for me.
