Realize that these companies have laws to follow in their own countries, even if you don't happen to live there. I live in the US, but do business with more than one overseas sponsor. I'm forced to play by their rules if I want to collect my money, including signing real contracts and mailing them back to Europe.
I honestly don't see how you can say "no" to their request and yet expect them to send you $5,000 in your case.
Playa is right, by the way, just cause it's a "porn company" doesn't make them any different than any other business. I'm a porn company too. I pay taxes and benefits just like any other business. Doesn't make my company substandard nor does it mean that I don't have to follow the law (in fact, I had better follow it better than most) nor that people I do business with don't have to follow them either.
This isn't hobby time, it's business plain and simple.

I hear ya this is a business and I treat as such but, I just don't send that type of personal information to faceless internet porn companies.. I was lucky that I found out in time that they wanted this from before I sent 5g's of business to them. I might re-consider my stand on this for 5g's though...hehe..
