sasush, was the W-9 form that you received from Interactive Gallery Inc, A division of New Frontier Media because I received one from them today. Can't say I have ever sent them any traffic before and I don't even know how to access my account to see if I have made money through them. I know I have never received a check from them. I think these guy's just like to spam real mail boxes with their crap. As for sending it back, fuck them. I live in Canada and there is no way I am filling out this form so they can give it to Uncle Sam cause he ain't my fucking uncle. These forms are for U.S. Residents or people who have worked in the U.S. of which I am neither. If you look right on the form under the heading "Purpose of Form" it says "Use form W-9 only if you are a U.S. person".
