The amazing thing is that there might be webmasters who would actually wire money to someone that wont give them a phone number, does not have another form of paymeht such as paypal or credit cards.
Man Joe must be really really desperate to be stealing money and claiming that he is selling sobegirl content..
I guess I should be flattered that he gets so many requests from people that want sobegirl content he has to steal it inorder to make money...
I know of one guy that contacted me about this fraud and that is how I found out...
