Is there a site out there that compares cell phone service? Not the rates... The actually clarity and quality of the service?

Reason being I just picked up verison and its dropping calls, fading in and out, it just plain out sucks in this area... I need to switch, I just dont want to have to do so until I find the right one...

Any ideas?
