I don't believe it when people say they got this stuff on their machine without knowing.

Just surf some of the TGP"s out the and see how many times you will be attacked by downloads. If you don't know what you are doing then you get infected.

I was working on some google searches and I got a do you wanna install?? I didn't realize that I had installed anything until it took over my homepage. Once it takes over, you can't change it, uninstall, or delete. It also controls where you go. I tried spybot, and everything else. Until finally I gave up and just reformatted just to make sure that I got rid of it completely.
Now I'm much more aware of what's going on on my screen.
