Why is it that 90% of the ads on a lot of non-porn sites seem to be this way?

Shoot the money to win an IPOD.

If the link is flashing you are a winner!

Catch the butterfly to win a trip to europe!

etc.. etc..

If its so effective, why don't we see such ads on porn?
