If the actions of Megapornbucks outrages you, be proactive and file a complaint with the FTC:

The more complaints the FTC receives on this, the more likely they will investigate this matter.

This case goes beyond what Gator was doing. MPB was switching out join pages, not ads. The consumers, webmasters and site owner were all defrauded. Paycom reads this board, and there has been no comment from them as well. I wonder what interest the FTC would take in Paycom if they found that Paycom continued to run rebills on charges Paycom knew or strongly suspected were fraudulently induced. I find it hard to believe that the Customer Service Dept at Paycom did not receive phonecalls about this.
