If you had to start from scratch on Dec. 1, 2001, to make $200/day (net) by Feb. 1st, 2002 or DIE!!!!

You had to use one of the following methods, TGP, Freesites, TGP gallery Posting, AVS, CJ, CJ2, or TGP2.

Which one would you use and How would you do it?
