It's pretty clear by now that MegaPornBucks, together with a bunch of other companies, such as: IClicks.net and I-Lookup.com have been stealing and hijacking traffic from websites and referrers. I-Lookup's spyware site has been quickly shut down.
MPB has quickly removed the spyware from their webpages (self installing after clicking on, for example, a movie sample).
MPB's Paycom account has been shutdown and there is many people trying to figure out where these guys are (Costa Rica, Canada, US, etc.).
Right now, as long as Ibill is billing for them, they still have a billing company supporting them. It should not last for long.
The spyware used a IE security flaw to redirect specific traffic, hijacking customers and redirecting them. This type of action can bring to endless criminal and federal charges.
It is very likely that MPB hijacked even referral traffic, so if your sales have been really weird lately, you might ask them to give you some explanation. For more information, read:

Definition:
"Drive-by Download from sites such as
http://www.bigmeatycocks.com. "Success" in a drive-by download will require IE 6 with security settings set to "low". Both scripts and an ActiveX accomplish the installation and subsequent operation. No click on anything on the page will be required, no warning will be given, and nothing will be displayed during the installation of ILookup. Upon reload of IE, you will have a toolbar that is not visible, and contains no text"
Rumours are that Lawyers are frantically working to block these people. For the time being, you can all dump their programs and complain to them if your sales have been strange in the last few months.
Do not let them get away with this!
