Email impersonation and interception legality...

A dancer friend of mine just figured out someone has been messing around with her email accounts and we are curious at to the legal issues regarding this. We are in Texas. Here's the situation:

DANCER <-emails-> CUSTOMER

VOYEUR sets up two fake yahoo accounts and emails both people saying to use the others fake account.

DANCER <-emails-> CUSTOMERFAKE/VOYEUR <-emails-> CUSTOMER

VOYEUR reads email from CUSTOMERFAKE and then repackages and sends it to CUSTOMER

also

CUSTOMER <-emails-> DANCERFAKE/VOYEUR <-emails-> DANCER

VOYEUR reads email from DANCERFAKE and then repackages and sends it to DANCER

This has been going on for 1.5 YEARS. So now the question, what kinds of laws has the VOYEUR broken and how much trouble can he get into?

Thanx, Dave.
