Yeah, they lost against Czech but first of all, in group matches, they never play 100% and second, they could had won that game as well.
I still think they are one of the favorites and IMo the Netherlands aren't worse than France.
And they pay 3:1 on France but 15-17:1 on The Netherlands.
I think i am going to bet on this one.

Ruud is good but the other teams knows that aswell. Like vs Germany/Czech he will be covered by 2-3 man.
