Hey guys
I have an old Packard Bell Legend Supreme 1710 200Mhz machine with 32MB of EDO RAM ...
I have a 64 MB of EDO RAM in a 166 NEC that I don't use an more ...
I tried to grab 2 of the 16MB strips from the NEC and drop them in the other machine to bring the RAM up to 64 in the faster (LOL) machine, but when I turned it on, the screen was blank ... as soon as I took the extra strips out, and turned it back on, it worked fine again ???
Anybody know what I am doing wrong ???
I use the 200MMX machine for a second machine when my wife and I are both working on sites, and would really like to have 64 MB in it
