As far as I know, the age of consent in the Netherlands is younger than 18 BUT the age you have to be to get PAID for posing nude is 18. I don't see a well established company like Payserve taking a chance on something as stupid as using underage models.
Every single "teen" site out there gives the aura of younger girls...it's a marketing thing for sure. Whether or not this feeds upon the desires of pedophiles or not can be debated forever, but most of those guys aren't interested in teens, be it seventeen or eighteen etc. Not like those "model" sites with the 12 year olds in bikinis etc.
