the correct answer has to do with the ph of saliva.

saliva is slightly acidic, as is urine.

semen is mostly alkaline ph.

the biologic response know as "pre-cum" is to prep the urethra and change it's acidic ph to alkaline so sperm is not damaged.

semen needs an alkaline environment to survive, acidic environments approach sterility---this is why blowing a load in someone's mouth is mostly safe unless, as others have indicated there is a sore open to bloodstream.
