So i had the shits for a full week. And yeah, i know you lose a bunch of water weight through dehydration when you've got diarrhea, but i found myself eating bugger all because i felt so bad.
And now that it's gone, i've found i'm still eating less. I guess i kind of got used to it. Lost a few kilos. Keeping it off so far and continuing to eat way less than before.
I highly recommend it.
